Common questions

Can the chatbot work on WhatsApp?

Yes, through the WhatsApp Business API. Meta's rules and fees apply to that service, and we explain them in the proposal.

What happens if the chatbot does not know the answer?

It says so and offers to pass the conversation to a person, or collects the visitor's details so your team can follow up.

Is the chatbot on your own website AI?

No. The guided assistant on our home page uses pre-written answers and does not send what you type to an AI provider. The chatbots we build for clients can use AI models when the project needs it.
