In short: we collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and deliver our services. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use advertising trackers on this website.
1. Who we are
This website is run by BlackJoker Alien Technologies ("BJAT", "we", "us"), an MSME-registered business based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website and through our own communications, coaching and training activities.
When we build or host a product for a client and handle that client's customer data, we act on the client's instructions under a written agreement. In that case the client's own privacy policy applies to their customers, and this policy applies only to the information we collect for ourselves.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (with country code), the service you are interested in, a budget range, a timeline, your message, and a record that you agreed to this policy.
- Emails, calls and WhatsApp messages: your contact details and the content of our conversations.
- Coaching and training: your name, contact details, booking and attendance information, and notes needed to deliver the session or program. We record a session only if you agree to it first.
- Client projects: business contact details, billing details and the materials you share so that we can do the work.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages requested. This is recorded in the server logs of our hosting provider for security and reliability.
- When a page loads, your browser requests fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address.
What we do not collect
- We do not store payment card numbers. Payments are handled by the payment provider or bank you choose.
- We do not ask for sensitive personal data through the website. Please do not include passwords, government ID numbers or health details in the enquiry form or in WhatsApp messages.
3. The on-site guided assistant
The "Talk to Alien" assistant on our home page is a guided helper with pre-written answers. What you type into it stays in your browser and is not sent to our servers or to an AI provider. If you choose the WhatsApp, call or quote-form buttons inside it, those channels and this policy apply from that point.
4. How we use your information, and why

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process your data on the basis of your consent or for other lawful uses the Act permits, to the extent the Act applies.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Formspree, which receives and forwards enquiry form submissions to us.
- Our website hosting and content delivery provider.
- Email, document and project tools we use to communicate and store files.
- WhatsApp (Meta), Google Meet or Zoom when you contact us or meet us through those services.
- Payment providers and banks when you pay us.
- Accountants and legal advisers, under confidentiality duties.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If our business is ever sold or merged, personal data may be transferred to the new owner under the same protections.
6. International transfers
We are based in India, so your information is processed in India. Some of our providers process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Economic Area. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on contractual protections and the commitments made by those providers.
7. Cookies
This website does not set cookies for analytics or advertising at present. See our Cookie Policy for details.
8. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become a project: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Client and project records: for the length of the engagement and afterwards for as long as Indian tax, accounting or other law requires us to keep them.
- Coaching and training recordings (only if you agreed to a recording): deleted within 90 days unless you ask us to keep them for you.
- Marketing preferences: until you withdraw consent.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data, or restrict how we use it;
- object to certain uses, or withdraw your consent at any time;
- give you your data in a portable format.
To make a request, email enquiries@blackjokeralien.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We aim to acknowledge your request within 3 business days and to respond within 30 days.
Visitors from the EU and UK can also complain to their local data protection authority. Visitors from India may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational for the relevant matter. California residents have the right to know, correct and delete personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.
10. Security
We protect your information with HTTPS, access controls, limited internal access and reputable providers. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires. More detail is on our Security page.
11. Children
Our website and services are not directed at children under 18. Our training programs are for adults, and anyone under 18 may take part only with the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without that consent. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to other websites
Our pages may link to other websites, including client websites and social media. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and will change the "last updated" date at the top. For significant changes we will take extra steps to tell you, such as a notice on the home page.
